This is our last newsletter of the year 2021 with information about the ECONOMIZE 2021 grant program that has been announced a few days ago which is in the process of submission.
The program refers to energy upgrades of houses (apartments & detached houses) but also corresponding actions in apartment buildings.
In the case of home ownership, the subsidy rate starts at 40% and can reach 75%.
In the case of rental, the subsidy rate starts from 40% and reaches 65%.
