As you are already aware through our regular newsletters, the new NSRF and the RRF (Recovery & Resilience Fund) are in full swing.
Below we bring you useful information on the following programs:
GREEN TRANSITION (Green Transformation & Green Productive Investment)
For the Green Transition programs, which receive a 40% to 50% subsidy (Green Transformation, for expenditure of €200,000 – €1,000,000 & Green Productive Investment for expenditure of €30,000 – €200,000), the submission of proposals has started on 22 March.
These NSRF programs are excellent tools for planned business investments.
It is required first in cooperation with you, the necessary eligibility check of each proposal, which only applies to companies employing in 2022 more than 3 or 2 AWUs (Annual Work Units), in the order in which we have mentioned them to you.
However, these programs are up to their budget, and with the Ministry’s first update on April 3, the following figures were announced:
Green Transformation:
Attica & South Aegean Region 53% of the program’s budget was covered by 3 April.
Less Developed Regions – LDCs (All other Regions of the Territory, such as Central Macedonia, Eastern Macedonia & Thrace, etc.), 20% of the program budget was covered by 3 April.
Green Productive Investment:
Attica & South Aegean Region, 42% of the program budget was covered by 3 April.
Less Developed Regions – LDCs (All other Regions of the Territory, such as Central Macedonia, Eastern Macedonia & Thrace, etc.), 12% of the program budget was covered by 3 April.
Since there is a great interest nationwide and from the entrepreneurs with whom we are in contact, it will be necessary to make as much as possible IMMEDIATE actions for the submission of proposals in order to avoid the possible exhaustion of the resources of these programs. Our aim is to have up to 20 proposals submitted by the end of June, on a first-come, first-served basis, with you with whom we are planning the relevant business plans.
Important steps to achieving this goal are:
1. checking the eligibility of your business,
2. the collection of all the required supporting documents,
3. the preparation of the budget (tenders, estimates, etc.),
4. the preparation & submission of the study to the OPSKE (the new Integrated State Aid Information System).
DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION (Basic Digital Transformation – Advanced Digital Transformation – Cutting Edge Digital Transformation)
Corresponding to the Green Transition programs, the Ministry announced on 31 March the coverage of the resources of the 3 programs mentioned above for which the submission process started on 15 February:
Attica & South Aegean Region 26% & LDCs 4%.
Advanced Digital Transformation: Attica & South Aegean Region 5% & LDCs 2%.
Advanced Digital Transformation: Attica & South Aegean Region 17% & LDCs 8%.
For the above 3 programs, there is less demand which is reflected in the coverage rates of public expenditure, but nevertheless, they have the same logic, i.e., until the budget is exhausted.
PVs FOR HOUSES & FARMERS (in pre-publication)
The “Photovoltaic on Roof” program subsidizes households for the installation of PV systems with storage systems and farmers for the installation of PV systems with or without storage systems for self-consumption with the application of energy offsetting.
