We are reaching out to inform you, ahead of the summer holidays, about the latest developments regarding the current and expected funding programs under the NSRF (National Strategic Reference Framework).
At the end of this newsletter, you will also find information about the period during which our office will remain closed for the summer break.
DYPA PROGRAM (Ages 30–59) – IN IMPLEMENTATION
The allocation of Tax Identification Numbers (TINs) and the required amendments for those who commenced business activities have been completed as of August 3rd.
The next phase – submission of requests for the first interim audit – has not yet started. According to available information, this stage is expected to begin in September.
In order to proceed with this action, the following documents must be submitted through the OPSKE platform:
- Personalized Information from TaxisNet (via gsis.gr), including both the Individual and Business Registry Data (with detailed installation information).
- Professional License, where applicable, which can be held either by the beneficiary or at least one full-time employee. If held by an employee, then submission of the E4 Form (ERGANI personnel table) is also required.
- Notification of Commencement of Business Activity and/or establishment for activities subject to the notification regime, according to Law 4442/2016 (Gov. Gazette A’ 230) and Ministerial Decision 32790/392/Φ.15/2017 (Gov. Gazette B’ 1061).
- Valid Operating License or Certificate of Notification or proof of submission of an application for an establishment and operating license issued by the competent authority, for activities not subject to the notification regime (as per Law 3982/2011 and relevant licensing procedures).
As for the few applications currently under objection status, we kindly ask for your patience until September, when we expect the final official decisions.
UPCOMING DYPA PROGRAMS (for unemployed graduates & individuals aged 18–29)
We are awaiting further developments. These two specific programs have faced significant delays in their announcement. We will share a new newsletter as soon as more information becomes available.
